Finally all those ballet classes I was taking a few years ago come handy. And who knew the moves would make their way to a spin class - in a newly-opened Psycle studio, just off Oxford Circus - which my friend lifestyle blogger Sarah and myself checked tried and tested the other day. A cycling class at Psycle is not your average spin exercise. It starts with a right positive mindset, enthusiastic staff, and very clean cut interior design... and follows through with 45 minutes of massive energy spike, smiles and the feeling that you are a part of something great. And you have to wear these futuristic-looking professional cycling shoes:

Led by Tim Weeks, a former Olympic triathlete and now a lifestyle guru, this cycling exercise engages all the muscles, including upper body (hence the ballet moves, for example!) - something an average spin class does not do. As a result you feel like your core is made of iron, every muscle got some loving attention and endorphins are flowing through your body.

With drop-in classes priced at Β£20 per sessions, you can buy 20 and pay Β£16.25 per class. The Psycle London opens its doors to public next week.
