It's hugely disappointing. And inspiring and motivating. It's so annoying that your progress fluctuates like a badly-managed company's performance in shaky times. Still it's massively rewarding - that feeling when you do hit the tee and the ball goes up in the sky. Oh, and it's a great alternative to a personal psychologist - when you focus on the body posture, hands, the club, the ball, the swing (the list goes on) - you just let everything else go. Golf. (Twice as great with a great golf instructor - like Warren at Dukes Meadows).
